Meet The CEO/Founder
Enass Askar MS, BCBA, LBA
Our founder and CEO brings over 8 years of dedicated experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Master's degree in ABA from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Enass developed a profound understanding of child behavior and effective intervention strategies.
Starting as a technician and advancing to a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Enass then assumed the role of Clinical Director at a renowned ABA clinic. Motivated by a passion for innovation and a commitment to providing comprehensive care, Enass founded Roots Children's Center in Dearborn in 2024, the first of its kind in the area. Recognizing a lack of these types of services in the community, Enass established the center to offer a play-based, natural environment teaching approach, ensuring every child receives tailored, evidence-based support to thrive and flourish.
